Description

• Service tokens valid for 1 year
• Services consumption estimation will be provided to customer. With the information, customer can decide to proceed.
• A minimum of 1 service tokens is charged for each service request for each specific website
• For services of larger scope, multiple tickets may be required. Services consumption estimation will be provided to customer. With the information, customer can decide to proceed.
• The client is required to provide all necessary photos and/or text files for each service token in one go.
• Any additional information submitted after the initial confirmation will be treated as a new ticket and will require separate processing.
• Innopath will handle the task of uploading the provided photos and/or text files to the website.
• It is important for the customer to confirm that all the required information has been submitted. Once confirmed, Innopath will acknowledge the receipt and begin the update process.
